The property and location are great. Close to everything you need, and in a peaceful spot that overlooks the beach. It is secure and easy to get in and out of. It was also clean and overall a comfortable property. It's great for a group stay or a family. I would still recommend it to people, as the things that we didn't like feel like things the owners could fix and make manageable for future guests :)
I think it's important to note a bunch of things that didn't make it a perfect stay (these are small, but fixable):
- The bed in the main bedroom was on a weird slant, so if you have a bad back, you might have issues, and the bunk beds could be hard and not super comfortable for adults, so thankfully, we only were there for two days...
- The pull-out sofa needs to be replaced or fixed. It was dirty with very visible stains and was also broken
- I would've also liked to have been able to be in contact with someone from the property management via Booking.com. I sent a few messages, and nobody replied. This seems to be something you can do everywhere else I've booked via this platform, or at least someone contactable via WhatsApp, as the number provided I couldn't message due to not being on WhatsApp.... Was hard to call when you're an international traveller using an e-sim...
- Since the property knew we had 6 people staying, a second pair of keys would've been convenient

Communication facile via un lien pour récupérer les clés. Le lieu où récupérer les clés est proche du logement.
Pas de communication sur l'étage et le numéro d'appartement.
Pas d'information sur la procédure pour rendre les clés mais quelqu'un a répondu rapidement quand j'ai posé la question sur WhatsApp.

Une petite odeur de remontée de canalisation
Je n'arrive pas à obtenir une facture à mon nom de ce séjour pour prise en charge par mon CSE
Si mon nom n'apparait pas je ne peux pas obtenir de remboursement. Merci
