Udare - Basque Stay

Location was excellent

Needs updating but I guess that was reflected in the cost

La ubicación increíble, y mucho espacio que lo hace cómodo para ir con familia o amigos.

The location was excellent. Slightly noisy but it’s a city. It’s a very spacious property with all the facilities you would like. We didn’t know that one bedroom was adjoined to another so privacy would not be so good if we weren’t good friends. The beds were very comfortable and all linen very good.

The bathrooms were in need of some care, cracked tiles in the shower for example. There was a missing glass and a door handle which made one out of use. The second bathroom also had a door handle which is falling off. You could get trapped inside so we had to leave the door unlocked. Floor boards also loose in the hall way. Just needs some decorating and maintenance. Key collection was not so easy as the agency isn’t so near to the property.

Location was superb and plenty of spaces for large groups.

There was no air conditioning and this was clearly stated, however there were only 2 fans in the property (with a total of 3 bedrooms and pull out sofa in the lounge). The heat was unbearable while we were there and when we contacted the host or letting person for a fan for the 3rd bedroom we were told that it wasn't hot enough to warrant an extra fan!
