Apartamentos Gran Vía by SanSe Holidays

It was in a lovely area and only 4 minutes walk to the beach. The area had great restaurants and bars. The owners cared for us very well

It had fans which were fine but the bedrooms were too warm sometimes

Great location close to the beach, great for a group, great communal area, very clean, easy to access,

The fan in one bedroom didn’t work, a broken toilet seat and limited toiletries - hand soap needed in both bathrooms and more towels needed. And more spare pillows needed. Spare pillows did not have pillow cases

Heel dichtbij het heerlijke strand, dat we vanaf het terras konden zien. Voor vijf personen is het zeker ruim genoeg, ook omdat de indeling handig was. Er is geen airco, maar met de vele fans was het tijdens de wame nachten toch prima. We parkeerden bij Plaza Catalunya, wat 1 minuut lopen is. Vooraf reserveren via Telpark en je rijdt er zo in (en uit, en weer in). Wel ongeveer 35 euro per dag. We hoefden niet via de low-emission zone te rijden omdat we hier parkeerden. De buurt Gros vonden wij om in de hoogzomer te zijn prettig, het is veel minder druk dan het oude centrum en minstens net zo lekker eten. In dat oude centrum ben je binnen 10 minuten lopen.

Het terras heeft gelukkig het grootste deel van de dag schaduw en is zo ruim als het er op de foto's uit ziet (let op welk appartement je boekt, ze hebben niet allemaal een terras). Het is wel echt luidruchtig- ik vind klachten daarover meestal overdreven, maar er kwam echt flink lawaai van het vele verkeer, waaronder bussen. Dit alles neemt niet weg dat we zeer tevreden waren. Anderen klaagden over de keukenuitrusting, maar die vonden wij prima, ook als je wilt koken. De wasmachine was ook handig.

The property is lovely inside , 3 decent sized bedrooms, clean and tidy. Instructions made it easy to find, felt secure. Location

Please make note there is no air on, when we arrived the apartment was unbearably hot, a sauna to be honest. We wanted to leave immediately. The apartment was advertised with a large terrace which was the reason I booked and we got there and there was no terrace which was so disappointing, when I contacted them they said the photos are for both apartments and wouldn’t aid us with any kind of come compensation or refund so we could find something more suitable, so we were stuck in this sauna with no terrace or air. The apartment is in a good location however music pumps all night outside from 11pm until 4am and is ridiculously loud!
