Very nice apartment in a great area. We loved Gros, 10 minutes walking to the old town and La Concha beach, but in a vibrant neighborhood full of restaurants, shops and 2 minutes walking to Gros beach

Absolutely perfect location! Spotlessly clean. Friendly contact with the agency prior to arrival. App entry turned out to be easier and more practical than anticipated.

It would be PERFECT if they replaced the two uncomfortable chairs in the bay window with a small loveseat. But everything else was great.

Lovely spacious apartment in Gros. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Whilst located on a popular street we didn’t have any problems with noise and there were good bars and restaurants nearby. It was a two minutes walk up to the beach at Gros, and about five minutes across the bridge to the edge of the Old Town. We needed to download an app to access the property but this was straightforward and made access easy for all during our stay. Communication before and during our stay was prompt and helpful, with friendly staff in the office just down the road.

We had to take the rubbish out up to the bins on the main road on the day we left. It wasn’t a major problem but an additional thing to do when trying to pack up and leave.

This is a great apartment for a weekend in San Sebastian. The apartment is very very well equipped and is finished to a high specification. The location is also excellent, in the area of Gros, there are cafe's, bars and shops in the immediate vicinity, the beach is within 5 minutes and the old town within 10 minutes, it was also very good value for money.

The situation for check-in and arrival with the keys needs to be reconsidered and reviewed; it is very convoluted, unreliable and caused quite a lot of stress on our arrival day (with people arriving at different times). You have to use an app on your phone to access the main front door; however, this app doesn't always work, doesn't load or connect, leaving people stranded outside or having to ring another apartment for access. The company are always available; however, they don't work via WhatsApp, meaning if you only have a data plan you cannot call them without incurring charges on your phone bill. I suggest having a physical key in a key box somewhere or a physical check-in with a person.
