We lived the location size and quality of facilities.

Very nice apartment in a great area. We loved Gros, 10 minutes walking to the old town and La Concha beach, but in a vibrant neighborhood full of restaurants, shops and 2 minutes walking to Gros beach
Somehow lack of lights and can hear water flushes and noises from above apartment

It would be PERFECT if they replaced the two uncomfortable chairs in the bay window with a small loveseat. But everything else was great.
