The apartment is very spacious, clean and located right in the city centre within walking distance of the beaches and old town. Several public parking la are available close by (expensive daily rates). We really appreciated the large living and dining rooms, and all the amenities made available.
The only downside of being located in the city centre ans on the first floor the noise from the street.

This apartment is beautiful, bright, comfortable, large, well equipped and spotlessly clean. This is our second time staying here because we love it and the location is perfect… just a 5 minute walk to the lovely La Concha beach and a short walk to all types of shopping and the old town. Also, the owners are very friendly and helpful.

The interior of the apartment, amenities, cleanliness and location are all very good.
There is an odor coming into the outside of the apartment. It smell like sewage a little. Maybe it is because of old apartment that cannot be renovated. However coming into the apartment itself is very pleasant and nice.
