Pousada Naturale em Trindade.

A pousada é simples porém super aconchegante, quartos limpos, funcionários super atenciosos. Pegamos um quarto com cozinha parcial: geladeira, pia, micro-ondas, misteira e cafeteira. Supriu todas as necessidades já que eu estava com criança pequena. Fica próximo a várias praias, dando para ir a pé. Indico com certeza. Aproveitamos muito.

Vamos retornar

A localização é excelente! Chegamos estacionamos e não precisamos de carro pra nada! Tudo perto. Os funcionários são bem solícitos, educados e prestativos. O quarto estava limpo, o ventilador funcionou bem, a nossa cachorrinha foi bem recebida, tem livre acesso para ir e vir a qualquer hora... O local é seguro. Eles fornecem toalhas brancas e estavam bem limpinhas eu não usei pq costumo levar.

Não teve nada que eu não tenha gostado, é bem simples, o que condiz com o valor pago que foi bem em conta... O quarto tem um leve cheiro de casa antiga, mas nada que torne a experiência ruim.

Chocou todas as minhas cervejas

O funcionário da recepção e alguns outros funcionários da pousada são bem tranquilos e carismáticos, a pousada é muito bem localizada e o exterior dela é bem aconchegante e bonito.

Olha, eu queria estar aqui contando que tive uma estadia maravilhosa, que descansei, que voltei renovada… mas a realidade foi outra. Se essa viagem fosse um filme, seria uma comédia de erros (eu como a protagonista com calor e alérgica.) O quarto parecia cenário de filme de suspense: a rede elétrica dava sustos do nada, o ar-condicionado era cenográfico, e o frigobar estava lá só de enfeite. Quando reclamamos, nos disseram que era “um problema geral”, que a cidade sofria com quedas de energia (disso eu tenho ciência, não era a minha primeira, nem segunda e nem terceira vez em trindade). Só que depois a gente descobriu, conversando com outros hóspedes, que só o nosso quarto estava nesse caos, e aí virou piada. Um funcionário até tentou ajudar (obrigada, guerreiro) e trocou o frigobar por outro (spoiler: não resolveu), e disse que se continuasse assim, paciência. E foi isso mesmo. Ninguém mais se mexeu. Tentar trocar de quarto? Nem sonhar. Demonstrar algum interesse? Também não rolou. Pra completar o bingo da decepção, tinha mofo no teto e nos cantos da parede. Pro meu noivo, tranquilo. Mas eu, que sou alérgica, virei praticamente um detector de fungo ambulante. Passei metade da estadia espirrando como se estivesse num comercial de Allegra. Resumo: eu só queria descansar, mas fui premiada com uma crise alérgica, calor de forno e um frigobar decorativo. Mas agradeço aos poucos funcionários que tentaram ajudar. Desejo muita paz e sucesso, mas, por favor, sejam mais honestos com os hóspedes.
