We've had great moments staying at Pousada quatro estações, their breakfast is amazing, everyone who works there have a lot of attention to their customers, the rooms are very clean with hot water and internet! Everything better than it could be!

Good location
The bedrooms were only cleaned every two days, and the towels provided were very small and remained damp after use. We asked for extra towels but were told none were available. We also offered to pay for an additional bedroom cleaning, but this was declined, which made our stay less comfortable than expected.
We had three bedrooms, and one of them had mould. After we raised the issue, the staff changed the room for us.
The air conditioning was also very noisy.
On one of the days, there was heavy rain and one of the rooms started leaking, which resulted in a large puddle forming on the floor.
