Location was excellent, close to the beach, and local shops, a 20 minute walk into the main resort area.
The cleaning of the villa by the hotel staff was poor. We had to ask for clean towels , and the villa was only cleaned once in our 10 day stay. Bed linen changed after 1 week. Cleaning staff were very busy on main complex, and the villa gets overlooked. There was a blocked drain in one of the showers, which caused unpleasant smells, as a member of our group was a skilled tradesman , we sorted the issue ourselves. We did report it but got no response.

Vicinity to beach and town.
Pool very good.
Good air con
Kitchen facilities just ok .. needed new dishwasher which was replaced within 3 days.
Good fridge.
Kids loved pool table and table tennis
Only Basic kitchen facilities with furniture / cupboards / table very tired

Location was great.
The beds were comfortable.
Great pool with plenty of seating.
It’s not possible to use both showers at the same time which is not ideal with 6 people and often the shower was cold.
Kitchen wasn’t very well equipped to prepare a meal.
We were expecting the villa to be cleaned during our stay but this didn’t happen. The towels were changed the day before we left which isn’t ideal.
On arrival we were charged tourist tax, this was unexpected as there was no mention of this in our booking confirmation.
