The villa was absolutely lovely

No welcome pack or instructions 😒 despite a heatwave not even a bottle of water in the fridge 🙄 very poor customer service

The villa was very spacious and suited our party.
The villa was very close to the main road which we were not expecting

Large property, we were cycling so had 5 bikes to store, no problems at all in this.
Nice pool area for relaxing, loungers available, under cover outdoor table/chairs for eating meals/drinks, dry even when rained!
The one item of note was lack of locks on the bathroom doors, this was mentioned to reception when we left the property and they stated maintenance would look into this, other than that it was a perfect stay.

Great location. Parking for lots of cars. Good size space/ house. Liked the pool, bbq and outdoor facilities would have been great for summer. Plenty of towels. Enjoyed the lemon trees !
The lounge needs more comfortable sofas. False advertizing of aditional sofa bed and did not provide extra bedding and no heat for the winter. Due to winter the rooms were slighlty mouldy would benifit from heating.
Could have done with biggger tea cups and more kitchen equipment ( working toaster, overn trays, pots and pans).
Highly recomends - Basic condements or a welcome pack including items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk.
