E415 Can Xisco by Mallorca Villa Selection

The villa offered great space for our party, with ample space for the older children to enjoy without adults cramping their style! The villa is equipped with everything you need to make the most of your stay, with good cooking/dining facilities. Three bathrooms meant there were adequate facilities for the size of the group and no queues/waiting around for one another. The villa is a short walk from the beautiful seafront and has a few bars and restaurants close by. The port and main areas of the town are around a 25 minute walk away, though the view along the beach is beautiful and makes for a lovely walk.

There isn’t really anything we could fault with the villa - there are some noisy neighbours (geese) though it didn’t cause us any issues. The villa is close to a main road, though this didn’t bother our group, and actually makes access to neighbouring towns such as Alcudia easy and straightforward.

The size of the property was perfect for 3 generations to spend quality time together but also get some space if needed. The outdoor space and pool were perfect and well utilised. It was also a safe enclosed villa, perfect for little children .

The aircon in the main bedroom didn’t work as well as the rest.

Ruim huis. Hadden 2 kleine kinderen bij, maar het was absoluut niet gehorig. Mooi zwembad en een ruime veranda. Keuken van alle gemakken voorzien.

Huisje lag iets verder van het stadscentrum als verwacht. Was toch nog een half uur lopen. Huisje lag wel achter een geluidswal van een vrij drukke weg. Je hoorde een groot deel van de dag auto's voorbij komen.

The villa was very well laid out, great pool, great kitchen facilities, a good bbq but was away from the pool area. Garage to put all the bikes in was brilliant. Main double bedroom was perfect.

The twin rooms were good but a little small considering how big the main double bedroom was. Not sure why we had to take a electricity meter reading at the start and end of our stay.
