Astrid is a great, charismatic host and, unusually for nowadays, she is always around and often on site to sort any issues (lost room key, beach towel hire, restaurant reccos or bookings etc). It feels more like a boutique hotel than a block of apartments and the pool, although not very big, is nice and was always clean. The apartment was comfortable and clean.
The issue was that we went in August and the 10min walk to the beach, with a pile of young kids, felt unbearable in the heat. You also have to cross a very busy main road by the property which again was stressful with 8 kids in our group.

Astrid is a warm and communicative host. The property is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the beach and restaurants. We appreciated being so close to the grocery store. The common area and outdoor area decor were very cute.
Outdated kitchen. Unfortunate that beach towels were not provided. We also had to take care of our trash ourselves.
