Owl Booking Villa Bocoris - 15 Min Walk to the Beach

Such a lovely, typical Spanish property with a modern twist. Situated with beautiful hills as the back drop. Quiet location but only a 15-20minute walk from the port and beach. Close to shops, restaurants and bus station to get about easily. We didn’t bother with a car, but there was plenty of space to have 2 at the property. The pool was a nice size and the ping pong table was popular with the whole family, as well as multichannel tv availability. They have games for the family too, lovely patio area overlooking the pool. The villa company provided a fabulous service throughout our stay and were extremely prompt at correcting a leaking toilet for us. We had an amazing time here and would definitely go back. The rooms were comfortable and cool in the evenings with air-conditioning.

The bathroom upstairs was a little small, but there were 2 large bathrooms downstairs which we used mainly. The hot water takes time to come through in the showers, but sometimes a cool shower was a blessing in the heat. Good water pressure in the upstairs shower was hit and miss. It is a little tired in areas and could do with some attention in the near future (few small tiles had come off the pool). Air-conditioning in the main room would also be beneficial in the hot months.

We loved the villa. Was a great location and the outdoor area is lovely. The wisteria growing around the villa made it look beautiful and if we had any problems they were sorted very quickly. Easy walk into town and to the beach. Would 100% recommend.

We had a little trouble with one of the sinks and lighting the hob, but both were sorted after a quick text - so not an issue!

A little out of town which we liked. Very good pool for our 6 year old as it wasn’t too deep.
