A stunningly beautiful modern finca with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, a large pool, beautiful terraces surrounded by gorgeous nature, and just a few minutes away from gorgeous beaches. This beautiful vacation home is located at the foot of some gently sloping hills near Puerto Pollenca in northern Mallorca. The house is located in an upscale residential area called Siller and is just a ten-minute walk from the beach and the town center.
Built in a classic style, Villa Animeta features an upper terrace that wraps around the property and is accessible via a curved outdoor staircase. This staircase leads to the first floor, where the villa’s main living areas are located. The terrace is simply the best place to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine or a cocktail after a relaxing day at the beach. Surrounded by oversized cacti, the garden extends to a magnificent swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs for the whole family.
The house is cozily furnished with plenty of natural materials. The open-concept living-dining room with a fireplace opens onto the adjacent upper terrace, which features an additional dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and also features a small dining table. There are four bedrooms in total, including one master bedroom with a double bed and three additional bedrooms, each with two single beds. Three bathrooms are available for shared use, two of which are on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms (with a bathtub) are located on the first floor and can be accessed via a separate entrance from the terrace area. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (controlled by a timer).
The large outdoor area features a private pool measuring approximately 8 x 5 meters (approx. 1.3 to 2.1 m deep) as well as an adjacent terrace with an adjoining lawn for sunbathing. Sun loungers are provided, and there are shaded areas as well. In the evening, you can prepare fresh meals at the built-in BBQ area and enjoy them at the shaded dining table overlooking the pool. A ping-pong table is also available.
The vacation home is ideal for travelers looking for a quiet yet beachfront location close to the beaches and the town center. Here, you can easily reach everything on foot. The nearest beach (Playa L’Arenalet) is only about 1 km away.
