About this villa rental
This lovely villa is located in the quiet area of Siller, in Puerto Pollensa, approximately 15 minutes walking distance to the center and the beaches, and if renting a car, 5 minutes. The villa shares an entrance and barrier with Villa Vora, belonging to the same family, but it is totally isolated, which makes it ideal for large groups who want to rent two properties.
Villa Costa has three rooms in total, with a capacity for a maximum of 6 people. One of the rooms has a double bed, while the others have two single beds, with their respective bathrooms with showers. All three bedrooms have air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer.) The cozy living room is located a few steps above the dining room, where there is another full bathroom, with a washing machine. The dining room has direct access to the covered porch, where you can find various outdoor furniture and another dining table, to spend time outdoors. The pool is closed with a fence, making it safer for families with young children. On one side of the house, you can find a stone barbecue, ideal for a family lunch or dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The location was quiet whilst being close (10/15min walk) to town. The pool was lovely and the outside area was perfect for us. The kitchen is a little tired and there is only one double room, the others are twins. We were left with a few treats on arrival but there were no cleaning products at all, so we had to purchase a lot ourselves. The mosquitoes were rife and again we had to purchase all insect repellents. The walls are very thick so signal for wifi and baby monitors is very hit and miss.
Overall we had a really enjoyable time but feel the stay could have been much easier with a few small tweaks.

Quiet location but walking distance to town and beach. Private garden with good size pool. Bedrooms and outside areas lovely. Kitchen well equipped and good welcome pack. Traditional house with character and quirky layout. Very hot when we were there and house is very warm and sheltered. Insect bites an issue sitting in outside space and no aircon outwith the bedrooms. Few things a little tired but minor issues.

Ideal location if you want peace and quiet but within walking distance of the town. Some of the inside is a little tired but the bedrooms and outside are great! And whilst it might be dark inside it keeps it lovely and cool! Rental company very helpful and responsive.

Our family (2 adults & 2 children) had a lovely week in Puerto de Pollensa July 2023.
Villa Costa was a well positioned villa in a very quiet neighbourhood which was great for our family, particularly for the youngest child.
Villa Costa is spacious and had everything we required for our weeks stay.
There were however 2 major cons with the Villa. Firstly, the Villa was not particularly clean on arrival. It needed a good dusting down and the floors all needed a proper clean. Cleaners had to be arranged to sort this out. Secondly, there was a major issue with the pool. After 2 days swimming in the pool our swimsuits and skin turned green!!! The agents were very responsive and the next day someone came to clean the pool although this meant a day of no use. Within 2 days it happened again so we did not get full use of the facilities which was frustrating. It also meant we had to bin out our swimsuits as the green stains did not wash out of them - annoying.
Would stay in the location again as we love Puerto de Pollensa but unfortunately not in the Villa Costa.
