Lo mejor su ubicación y la limpieza. El detalle de tener el aire acondicionado puesto cuando llegamos acalorados en pleno agosto. No funcionaba el mando de la tele y vinieron enseguida a solucionarlo.

Por decir algo la sábana bajera del sofá cama no era del tamaño del colchón. Era pequeña. Nada importante.

Todo el trato recibido, el apartamento genial limpio cómodo y la ubicación inmejorable cerca de todo. El contacto con el cliente genial, volveremos seguro

The size of the room is good.

The parking was very difficult. The closest parking garage was full. We had to find another place to park. Then drag our luggages to a place to pick up the key since it was after 8pm. Then we had to drag our luggages to the hotel. This whole process was extremely tiring and took us over an hour. Next morning we wanted to store our luggage at the front desk after checking out. But there was no one at there when we left the hotel around 10:30. No service or any help that they offer to make sure our stay was good. We did not get to meet with a single person at the hotel or receive any help. They did not ever respond when we messaged them the picture of key we dropped at the desk. Very disappointed at the hotel.
