Atico-Terraza Imperial

We stayed at Ático Terraza Imperial from August 4th to 6th and overall had a very good stay. The apartment is really nice, with very spacious bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and air conditioning in all rooms, which was definitely appreciated during summer in Toledo. The air conditioning units are quite old and the remote controls can sometimes be a little tricky to use, with some functions apparently not working, but they cooled the rooms properly, which was the important part for us. One of the bathrooms also has a slightly unusual shower setup, apparently converted from a bathtub without changing the original position of the faucet. It takes a little getting used to, but nothing that significantly affected our stay. The host personally handed us the keys and was very friendly. She also sent us plenty of useful information and recommendations about Toledo, its main attractions and things to do, which we appreciated. Communication was certainly enthusiastic, although sometimes a little confusing. There were some mix ups with the reservation names, and on our departure day she rang our bell about an hour before check out to access a storage closet used for cleaning supplies. These were minor details in an otherwise very pleasant stay. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and well equipped, and I would happily consider staying here again, especially for another summer visit to Toledo.

Un peu vieillot.

El piso estaba bien y limpio, las habitaciones muy amplias, y la ubicación muy buena. Ana es muy amable y atenta.

Una de las camas, en concreto del dormitorio más pequeño, el colchón totalmente hundido, no pudimos dormir en toda la noche, porque nos metíamos en el centro hundidos, espantoso. Y ya he visto quejas de otros huéspedes, así que lleva pasando mucho tiempo y no cambian el colchón. A la terraza no pudimos acceder porque estába la puerta atascada. No volvería por el colchón.
