Great location especially for wintertime and skiing- walking distance to cable cart station. The place has potential for large groups or families, we booked a spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms that could accommodate up to 8 people. Good contact with the owner - she kept calling asking about arrival time. Kitchen equipped with all you need.

Cleanliness of the apartment not up to our standards! With a little effort the bathroom could be cleaner ( mould in the shower, dust on the washing machine, tv in bedrooms out of order). Towels extra paid - don't know the price, we used our own.

behaviour of the owner, also I did the prepayment, despite of that, owner tried to charge me several times from my bank account associated to booking.com. fortunately I didn’t have balance in that account so charges were not deducted however she tried thrice to deduct 200,300 and 300€ respectively. booking.com should be responsible of that if prepayment is made, no payment should be tried using that account.

If I plan to come back to this area, I would stay again. In my opinion, town centre apartments are over rated, something

good size, clean and tidy. well located to get great views.

Good locality, amazing place for the longer stay, perfect for 2-3 families.

One of the room heaters was not working at all. Due to time crunch, we couldn't get it fixed.

Un bon séjour

Le logement est bien situé (proche téléphérique) avec une vue très agréable. Appartement spacieux, bien équipé. Le parking gratuit et privé est un plus. Contrairement à certains commentaires, nous avons été très bien accueillis.

Le logement souffre d'un manque d'entretien et de nettoyage. Quel dommage, cela rendrait le logement parfait et ferait monter le note finale. En effet, les toiles d'araignées sont très nombreuses, les vitres particulièrement sales, le mobilier obsolète, un coup de peinture serait un vrai plus. Néanmoins, nous avons passé un bon séjour et le rapport qualité prix est très correct.

Pessima proprietaria

In realtà nulla. L'unica nota positiva era che essendo in tre motociclisti ognuno aveva la sua stanza singola. Per ilnresto non ho trovato nulla di positivo.

La proprietaria. Venivamo in moto da Lubiana e, sebbene luglio, abbiamo trovato veramente brutto tempo. Sul Grobclockner ci siamo dovuti fermare perche la pioggia nn consentiva di andare avanti. Al nostro arrivo (alle 19:10) la proprietaria nn ha voluto sentire storie: per lei era un "laterale chek-in" ed ha voluto 10 euro (cash) a testa per per consegnarci le chiavi. Molto precisa nel pretendere un pò meno sul resto: non abbiamo trova nessun asciugamani (ce li ha portati ntorno alle 21:30 sotto esplicita richiesta). Per avere il wifi e la password abbiamo anche stavolta dovuto chiederle tramite messaggio. Consiglio, se potete state lontano da questo posto.

Szállás adó nagyon rendes volt! Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, szép kilátás jó környék!

Ungemütlich und verdreckte Wohnung

Entspannte Schlüsselübergabe. Nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Hund bellt unbeholfen im Flur. Haustür nicht abschließbar von innen. Rauchmelder nur im Flur, sonst abmontiert. Staub und Dreck in der Wohnung. Zigarettenstummel auf dem Balkon, keine Seife oder Handtücher im Klo Zimmer, Socken hinter der Waschmaschine, Abfluss nicht sauber, Küchenausstattung verdreckt, Backofen nicht sauber und nur ein einzelnes Backpapier vorhanden, Mülleimer versifft, Gardinen kaputt, Türdichtungen verschlissen, Wände verschmiert mit Silikon, kein Sichtschutz im Bad, Türen nicht abschließbar, Haare im Bett, Pilling an den Bettbezügen. Sauna nicht begehbar (verschlossen) und der Flur ist verdreckt. Keine gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten außer Stühle am Tisch. Fernbedienung klebt, Wanduhr ohne Funktion. Sauberkeit wird hier nicht großgeschrieben.
