About this apartment rental
This lovely 90 m² apartment is in a super location if you want to be nestled within the mountains of Zell am See. Located at the back of the Schmitten valley just a short walk to the near to the lifts known as Trass, Schmittenhöhebahn and Sonnalmbahn. Which take you up to the Schmittenhöhe.
Great for summer season hiking and also for winter season snow sports.
The apartment has its own parking sport right at the doorstep, which makes life convenient. Located on the second floor, consisting of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, the main living area in in an open style plan with sofa area, dining area and kitchen. Direct access from the living room onto the south facing balcony with views of the mountains.
There is a double sofa bed in the living room, which allows the property to sleep six people in total.
On the ground floor there is a small store room for skis and luggage. Additionally in this space you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer for private use.
This apartment is well appointed, and in the kitchen you can expect to find a big fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and a full size dishwasher.
