A good location for hassle free skiing

The house was very close to both skibus stop and to the slope 7 (and not too far from lifts either). So no need for a car to go to skiing. Everything was clean and the keys were easy to collect. Host provided us with the Guest Mobility Tickets. Kitchen had a fast induction stove, a microwave and cleaning equipment. The view was great and the apartment was spacious enough. There was a boot warmer in the basement and nice area to keep the skiing equipment.

We did not sleep too well (no idea why, the beds were not uncomfortable but I did not get a single night of good sleep there). The kitchen utensils/facilities could have been better (better cutting knife, oven, etc) and a bit maintanance could be useful. Also, everything happening in the hallway could be heard inside the apartment very well. WiFi was weak and host was slow to respond.

every night there was a loud noise every hour for 15minutes which didn’t allow us to sleep well at all. the cooking facilities are poor with no oven or toaster and no wash facilities for cloths either

Disappointing stay, poor condition / amenities, placed in a different apartment than was booked.

Beds were comfy, the arrival process and checkout process were both very easy. The lady who came to give us extra sheets and towels was very nice and friendly.

We had booked the Superior Appartement with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and did not receive this room. The hotel had booked it for another group. We were still charged the more expensive Appartment's price. The facilities in our room were very disappointing. Stove was old but worked. Dishwasher hardly did anything. The one bathroom we had didn't have a window or a fan to dehumidify the small space. The shower had good pressure and was warm but not in very good condition. No coffee machine was provided as written in the description. The cookware was very old and way past its lifetime. Nonstick pans which were all scratched up (the toxic coating then no longer stable) were the only pans provided. The pots were fine. Only one knife was provided to prep food. One of the plates in the cabinet was very dirty with what looked like dried or caked on dog food.

We misten wat informatie over het huis. We misten wat keukengerei.

Wie fanden es super und kommen gerne wieder.

Der Standort und die Aussicht waren super. Berg runter, direkt in der Stadt und hinter dem Haus ein kurzes Stück bergauf und direkt an der Gondel. Es gab die Sommerkarte dazu, so dass wir sehr viel unternehmen konnten. Alle Gondeln, Bus und Bahn, Freibad etc. inkludiert und somit kostenfrei. Das war top!!! Außerdem ist die Dame vom Haus sehr freundlich und jederzeit zu erreichen, wenn etwas ist.

Die Sauberkeit muss verbessert werden. Ist aber zu entschuldigen, da das junge Reinigungspersonal gerade erst vor ein paar Tagen angefangen hat. Wir haben die Info an die Besitzerin weitergegeben, so dass sie dies nochmal ansprechen kann und es verbessert werden kann.

Net appartement vlakbij de lift en de piste!

Prachtige locatie en net appartement. Behulpzaam en aardige host en personeel. Schone handdoeken halverwege. Fijn balkon.

Er waren wat problemen met de elektriciteit.

Prima appartement voor de wintersport. Groot met 2 slaapkamers.

De bushalte voor het appartement was ideaal om snel bij de piste te komen. Parkeren was gratis. Mooie ruiime kamers en goede bedden. Appartement was goed verwarmd en ook de kelder voor de skies was prima. Prima wintersport verblijf die we volgend jaar misschien weer boeken.

De koelkast was niet koud genoeg en 1 pitje van het electrisch kookplaatje was kapot. Contact met de eigenaar verliep via de mail en dat duurde soms te lang. Tevens hadden we 2x stroomuitval maar dat werd snel verholpen.
