Excelente atención VIP del personal al huésped. Estuvimos muy bien atendidos, como en tu casa. Desde que llegamos hasta el final de la estadía el personal de cada sección del hotel nos atendió muy bien, en especial Gina y Yadira.

El hotel ha sido remodelado, fui hace 6 años y se ve el cambio, el personal es muy amable y las habitaciones muy cómodas y agradables, el área de las piscina también ha mejorado, me gusto mucho la estadía en esta oportunidad.
Hay mucha gente en el lobbie todo el tiempo, ingresando y saliendo, el restaurante en el desayuno y almuerzo se llena mucho, el espacio esta limpio pero podría ampliarse, aún falta la remodelacion de las zona del lobbie y el restaurante para que tenga más capacidad.

The food was good, the staff were nice, especially Rosiris and the lady at check-in. The buffet had a very good variety.
The first night there was rather noisy outside our window. The airconditioning didn't work well in our room.
