Amazing! Voila was the best hotel service we had in the all trip of 23 days in Colombia, and we came back 3 times. The room is comfortable, clean and good shower. Pool is amazing. I totally recommend this place, location is also great, better than stay in the center.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Voila, thanks above all to the wonderful staff. Jorge, Goody, and everyone else at the front desk and throughout the hotel were consistently warm, welcoming, and eager to help. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived and were always happy to answer questions, offer recommendations, and assist with anything I needed. Their kindness and professionalism really made a difference.
One suggestion for future guests: if possible, request a room with windows. Some of the interior rooms are quite dark, and having natural light makes the stay much more enjoyable.
