The room needs to get rid of humidity, that comes from the principal beam, it need s to be painted and add some stucco and a small tv, could be useful
Wi fi connection, and avoid the afternoon saxophone noise from the neighborhood

Property has an excellent location in Getsemani near to Plaza de La Trinidad. Restaurants & cafes nearby & walked old city & boat pier for the islands within 15’ walk. Can be noisy at night given is a party town however my upstairs room was quiet.
Only negative was the absence of a shower head
