Well located, comfortable beds, very polite staff

Shower was not good, it could be better cleaned

The proximity to everything I needed. The rooftop pool and cocktail area was great.

Room service was limited to take out items delivered to your room. Also a lot of the gym equipment was not working.

The location was great. A lot of good restaurants nearby and a medium walk to Walled City (better to go by taxi so you do not get tired early, and return walking, so you avoid the hassle of finding a taxi/uber). About 300m before the Walled city you get in to the Harbor Gates to get the boats to Rosario Islands (better to go by taxi so you do not get tired early, and return walking, so you avoid the hassle of finding a taxi/uber). If you get a Private Boat, the Bocagrande pier is just two blocks away.

We booked for 3 people and the extra bed was not ready. At first slow staff in front desk, them a faster one resolved the issue. Breakfast is low quality and overcrowded - we went in the restaurants nearby for breakfast in many days, so it was an extra expend not factored in when we made the reservation. We booked the New Years night event and it was way overpriced (more than USD100/person, beverages not included) and the food was medium quality and not enough for the guests, it was by far the worst cost-effectiveness activity in the trip.
