La atención al cliente fue, sin duda, uno de los puntos más destacados de nuestra estancia. Especialmente Arlet y Lili, que nos atendieron en todo momento de manera excepcional, siempre pendientes de nuestras necesidades. Durante los tres días que estuvimos alojados tuve problemas de estómago y se adaptaron completamente a la situación, incluso ofreciéndome la posibilidad de utilizar la cocina para prepararme comida adecuada. También destacaría la limpieza del hotel, su buena ubicación y la excelente atención durante el desayuno.
Como puntos a mejorar, la habitación que nos asignaron no tenía ventilación y el aislamiento acústico era insuficiente, por lo que se escuchaban bastantes ruidos. Mejorar estos aspectos haría que la experiencia y el descanso fueran mucho mejores.
