Location and cleanliness
Language barrier was the only thing and no fault of there’s my Spanish is terrible translation on phone worked well

Convenient for the airport. Inexpensive and a short walk from the beach.
Rooms were small and cramped. Had to change rooms due to ants. A bit on the noisy side (the second room was next to reception)
