Best Western Hotel Restaurant Ile de France

Handy place to stay on the way to Eurodisney. Lovely staff.

The hotel really needs an upgrade - especially the pool.

The food at both dinner and breakfast was really good. The young staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The Maitre'd was rude, abrupt and aggressive - she spoilt our stay. The first room we were allocated, the basin was leaking from the u-bend and the second room they put us in, the toilet wasn't fastened to the wall. Both rooms had had a quick makeover but they still weren't in the best condition. The rooms are overpriced for their size and condition.

Large room and the breakfast was excellent. Pool/spa was great for our family (note: only available to use until you checkout at 11.00). Comfy bed.

Location on the outskirts of town wasn’t so convenient for visiting restaurants. One member of staff was a bit grumpy rather than seeming to think much about the guests’ experience. Hotel is definitely tired but it does the job for a decent price.

I reserved a room with big bed but when I entered I got the room with 2 separate beds with one big bed sheet on it which was not comfortable

It was all fine

The hotel was what we needed. We rented the Apartment and it was enough space for my family of 4. The breakfast was good and it was located nicely to Paris and Belleau Wood. The elevator was small but nice to use.

There was an extra charge to use the pool that you have to pay upfront which we did and I never used it so it was a waste of 10 euros. The maid would clean the room regardless of the do not disturb sign being up. They threw away bottles that were not trash. Also on Sunday they could not keep up with food for breakfast.

Management was exceptional. Went over and above to ensure comfort and understood visitor needs. They work hard and it shows.

The city is somewhat ill-prepared for visitors who only wish to get from one point to another. No taxis we're available and the hotel is away from the town.

We enjoyed the spa and the staff at the spa was super friendly. The spa also offered great value for the money. The hotel itself seemed clean and nice, but our room was dirty and didn't match the photos at all.

When we arrived at the hotel we were sent to our room which was small and dirty and didn't match the pictures of the standard rooms with a beautiful balneo shower or bath tub. I went back downstairs and said that I was not satisfied with the room and asked if I could upgrade the room and that I was willing to pay for a different room. We came to the hotel to celebrate my partner's 40th birthday, so I really wanted the experience to be special. The director of the hotel was extremely rude and said that I got exactly what I ordered and that she wasn't going to change the room. She said in a very condescending manner that "of course if you looked at ALL the photos of the hotel, the room wouldn't look like the deluxe suite." I told her that I just only looked at the pictures of the specific room that I ordered and it had a beautiful balneo shower, and I just wanted the balneo bathtub (not a dirty small bathtub). She said that the balneo bathtub only comes with the deluxe suite, even though on the website it says every room comes with a balneo shower or bathtub. She said that the deluxe suite was booked for the second night and that we couldn't have it for the first night even if I paid for it separately, and that she wouldn't give us any other room. The whole stay she was extremely rude to us. There was also hair all over the bed and in the bathroom and the mattress caved in towards the middle and was lumpy. On the second day there was a fire alarm, and everyone just continued to eat normally in the dining room and they didn't evacuate the building. The fire-doors stayed closed for the rest of our stay and it seemed no one did a tour of the hotel to make sure everyone was fine.

The Hotel has a nice position from where you can see the city, and is very close to main needs, like city center, restaurants, a river with a playground, some boats really nice, etc. The breakfast was very nice and comprehensive, great view and very tasty, had a honeycomb. The view of surroundings was nice, a lot of parking spots.

In the room was always a bit of smell of chlorine, due to the fact that the room was close to the pool side, we had to let the windows opened a lot. The breakfast was very nice and comprehensive, although the omelet was terrible. We had a 2 adults and 2 kids room, and the second bed was terrible, an army bed, not good. The pool is not like in the pictures, it was under construction, and only half was available for swimming, the water was cold and full of chlorine, we could not spend more then 30 min with the kids there. For dinner, we only wanted to have some drinks and dessert around 19h20, and the staff there rejected us quite inappropriate asking for reservation, which we didn't had, but was a bit unnecessary (and the place was half empty). Somehow the pictures didn't match the reality.

It was clean, comfy beds, very polite and friendly staff, perfect for one night stay! The hotel also accept pets, that was a plus.

The food in a restaurant was really average.
