Good breakfast. Comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff. My fourth visit and will stay again.

The tea tray only provided coffee and herbal tea. There was no ordinary tea or milk. I’m English so wasn’t catered for.

Very good for a stop over on the highway

Clean and comfortable. Although located in a commercial area the hotel premises is in a calm and spacious location at the river Marne with several restaurants either in the walking distance or nearby. Parking for free and petrol stations close.

Good hotel for short stay while travelling.

The reception was super friendly, and the rooms were just fine. The bed was decent, though the typical Ibis pillows were way too soft. Breakfast turned out better than expected. We had a fun evening playing table tennis with the kids outside, while enjoying a few glasses of champagne at a very reasonable price. Great tip from the receptionist to check out the war memorial at the top of the hill — the view at sunset is absolutely amazing. McDonald's and Burger King are just 300 meters away, and there are two other restaurants even closer, only about 100 meters from the hotel.

My daughter forgot her stuffed animal in bed. I sent an email and a message through the Booking.com app, but didn’t get any response. The next day I called, and the receptionist told me there were no lost items. Two days later, on our way back home, we made a detour to ask in person at the reception. The receptionist was friendly and genuinely helpful, but unfortunately, no stuffed animal… and one very sad little girl.

This is an affordable quality hotel that is ideal for either single visitors, groups, or families.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating to my family and I, from the front desk to the staff throughout the hotel. We have two active children and the hotel was a great and affordable spot to stay at, because we were visiting the various historical monuments in the area.

I can’t think of anything that could have been better. The hotel does not serve dinner, and there are several restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We bought a grocery store dinner and the staff were fine with our picnic out on the terrace behind the hotel, thank you!

Exceptional

We had a fabulous time in this gorgeous part of the Champagne region. This Ibis hotel is excellent value with fantastic, friendly staff. Breakfast is wonderful with lovely outdoor option. Location offers other dining facilities or fast food nearby and is only couple of minutes drive from the beautiful town with a lovely river walk adjacent. Highly recommended!

Convenient and comfortable location at a good price - would happily use again if in the area.

Convenient location, good choice for a continental breakfast, air-conditioning in room which was a selected choice at the outset, partner location with Italian Restaurant next door (10% discount for residents). Car park was conveniently located. Friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms were compact although what was needed for a comfortable stay, the teas/coffees in the room were inadequate for 2 people staying (2 x coffee, 1 x green tea, 1 x Earl Grey and 2 x creamers). More were provided upon request though. Whilst the air-con provided a comfortable environment, to get fresh air would have required opening a window allowing passing traffic noise into the room (the hotel is next to the main bypass for the town so is generally (very) busy). One room "key" had to be "set" 3 times in 2 days.

Nothing! the reception was ok as we’re the staff but I can honestly say I haven’t stay in a worse room in Europe! It was hideous. we knew we weren’t getting luxury but this was bad.
