The view was incredible and we stayed in one of the tree houses which made our stay at the pousada enchanted. Breakfast was delicious and home made. Very tasty and good. The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home.

An excellent pousada - perfect for relaxation after enjoying the surrounding waterfalls and trails!
Everything! Roni, Lilly and all the staff were so great - they did everything to make our stay comfortable and easy! Roni really went above and beyond - he made sure to tell us all about the surrounding areas, showed us around to a few waterfalls on our first day, gave advice on where to eat, and even joined us for the 10 km (round trip) hike to Poço de Marimbondo on our last day. Lilly prepared excellent food for breakfast and the entire property showcases her creativity so be sure to stop and admire her beautiful artwork. The rest of the staff were fantastic - from helping us change a flat tire to ensuring that our room was sparkling clean. We truly felt like pampered guests. The property itself is so unique. The chalet was rustic, yet charming and it had all the luxurious amenities for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed long, uninterrupted sleeps on the cozy bed with goose-feather pillows. The veranda, complete with a hammock made for a nice place to read and have a drink. The shower was an incredible treat after hard hiking days. The rest of the property is as carefully sculpted as the chalets and the higher you ascend, the more magnificent the views are.
The road that takes you to the Pousada is a rough one - lots of potholes and uneven paths. I think this is where we might have gotten our flat tire. It's no fault of the pousada...just drive slowly.

Amamos o chalé. Escolhemos o chalé sem banheira, mas não deixou a desejar… extremamente limpo, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, boa cama, vista da floresta… toda a instalação é rustica e de charmosa. Os anfitriões são queridos, a Lili faz um café da manhã dos Deuses! Enfim, nos sentimos a vontade ❤️
