Absolutely exceptional once in a lifetime experience

The most incredible experience we have ever had. The staff treated us like kings and Queens. The surroundings were beautiful. There were cats, dogs, birds on site that were so well trained or a beautiful nature experience. We truly couldnt ask for anything more. Every time we went for breakfast they topped up our firewood and made our beds. Honestly im lost for words at how special this experience was. Book it now

It was an amazing anniversary celebration and will always be our choice in Mauá.

I liked the location, the nature around very well taken care, the quietness, the polite and attentive staff, the delicious breakfast served up to 1 PM, the comfortable room with an amazing view.

Great place to detox

Everything. The location is in the middle of nowhere. We could rest as we intended. The breakfast was great, the dinners as well. The staff is awesome... Perfect place to detox from work.

Good but can be much better with some attention to detail

The place is well kept, and staff is very friendly. The sauna wasn't always ready to be used, but all it took was a phone call and a bit of waiting.

There was construction going on, right next to our place, both Saturday and Sunday. My wife has very light sleep and one of the reasons for going there is we expected absolute respect for resting. At minimum we could have been informed about it.

A pousada é linda, no meio da reserva, muita natureza. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Café da manhã e jantar maravilhosos. Cama confortável.

A manutenção do chalé deixou a desejar: box vazando água, chuveiro que não regulava a temperatura, tábua solta na escada e insetos dentro do chalé. Achei a Tv pequena pro tamanho do chalé.

O lugar é lindo, super bem cuidado, muitos pássaros, cigarra , macacos etc. piscina natural deliciosa e fomos diretos para sauna . Enfim.. tudo perfeito.

Senti falta de uma rede e moveis na varanda da suite que ficamos. A pousada também merecia ter uma pscina aquecida. A pscina é linda, mas só dá para usufrir em dias bem quentes.

Um profundo mergulho na natureza, ambiente perfeito pra relaxar e se encantar com o Vale do Pavão!

Este lugar é simplesmente espetacular, um verdadeiro paraíso verde em meio à Serra da Mantiqueira. O ambiente é perfeito para quem busca descanso e renovação de energias: muito ar puro, contato direto com a natureza e um cheiro agradável da vegetação por todos os lados. A sinfonia relaxante do riacho que desce as montanhas e o canto dos pássaros nos ajuda a desacelerar e promove um verdadeiro detox do estresse da cidade grande. A pousada é muito bonita, com um paisagismo deslumbrante e ambientes super agradáveis, cheios de luz solar e abraçada por montanhas. Destaque para a banheira, água quente e um café da manhã delicioso. Percebi que a proposta eco-turismo da pousada é totalmente integrada aqui. O acesso é tranquilo para a maioria dos veículos, especialmente SUVs. Apenas o último quilômetro de estrada de chão pode ser um pouco mais desafiador para alguns modelos de carro, então vale a pena verificar isso antes da sua chegada.

Minha experiência na pousada teve dois pontos que, na minha opinião, podem ser aprimorados. Primeiro, a sauna não estava funcionando, o que foi uma pena. O segundo ponto, e mais significativo, foi a limpeza do chalé. Encontrei muitas teias de aranha no teto, com aranhas visíveis. A iluminação geral do chalé era um pouco precária, e combinada com um teto muito escuro, tive dificuldade para enxergar itens dentro da minha mala. A lixeira do banheiro também não tinha uma boa aparência, parecendo muito antiga ou suja. Além disso, ao arrumar a cama pela primeira vez, encontrei um inseto morto (vespa ou marimbondo), o que, infelizmente, causou uma impressão negativa inicial sobre a limpeza. Também sentir falta de um móvel de suporte para abrir as malas. Considero que esses são detalhes que podem ser facilmente resolvidos e que, uma vez ajustados, elevariam ainda mais a qualidade da estadia. Apesar desses pontos, ainda recomendo a pousada!

Lugar muito bem cuidado, chalé bem limpo e equipado. Tem um ótimo astral.

O chalé poderia ter um pouco mais de iluminação, as vezes precisávamos de luz e era um tanto escuro. Também poderia ter forros de colchão daqueles de elástico, que cobrem o colchão e a manta térmica elétrica que eles tem. Eles cobrem o colchão com um lençol grande sem elástico e no meio da noite você está dormindo em cima do colchão, com aquele monte de pano enrolado. Isso é comum em praticamente todas as pousadas, não entendo o porque de não colocar um forro de elástico.
