Very charming hotel at Visconde de Mauá!

We liked our stay a lot. We are very happy with the atmosphere, we could hear lots of birds in the morning in a beautifull landscape. The owners are very polite and friendly. And the breakfast is really special !

A place to stay in Vale do Pavão.

The owners are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is extremely good and prepared according to a preselected list of items chosen by the costumer. The surroundings of the Pousada is relaxing and embedded in nature. We had dinner at the pousada and ate a mushroom based dish which was very tasty and well prepared. He hosts Rodrigo and Felipe well deserve your visit.

Boa opção em Visconde de Mauá

A localização, apesar do acesso não muito fácil, é boa, com muita natureza no entorno. O café da manhã é muito bom, muito bom. Também servem jantar nos quartos, com igual qualidade. Os anfitriões são extremamente gentis, solícitos. O banheiro, apesar de muito simples e um pouco apertado, entrega um banho muito bom. Chuveiro de muito fluxo de água quente.

Somos um casal maduro. Escolhemos um quarto standard, o que acabou não sendo a melhor escolha. Ficamos um pouco apertados. Fez frio nestes dias, 10 graus no amanhecer. Havia muita oferta de cobertor, edredom. Além de lençóis térmicos. Seria mais confortável, porém, se tivesse ar condicionado com aquecimento (fica a dica).

Ótimo café da manhã, muito bem produzido pela equipe. Anfitriões muito receptivos, e um ótimo custo benefício. Para os períodos de frio, o lençol aquecido e a lareira ajudam bastante!

Apesar de não ser responsabilidade direta da pousada, o acesso não é dos melhores, principalmente para carros mais baixos e em períodos de chuvas

Descanso no fim de semana!

A pousada é muito acolhedora. Pra quem busca tranquilidade e descanso é o lugar perfeito. A natureza ao entorno é belíssima. Pela manhã você pode tomar um sol contemplando a paisagem e observar os macacos pulando sobre as árvores. O café da manhã é especial, tudo é servido com muito capricho, fresco e quentinho. O ovo mexido é o melhor que já experimentei. Obrigada pelo atendimento e acolhimento.

Chalé aconchegante, cama confortável, chuveiro com água na temperatura certa, lareira fácil de usar. Café da manhã muito saboroso, na medida certa. Anfitriões e funcionários muito atenciosos. Área externa bastante arborizada e com muitos pássaros.

Pousada muito boa. O restaurante deixou a desejar.

As instalações da pousada são excelentes. Pontos muito positivos: o conforto da cama além de ser térmica, lareira, café da manhã ótimo, tudo fresquinho e quentinho. O que deixou a desejar realmente foi o restaurante. Pedimos uma moqueca de truta com camarões acompanhada de farofa de banana, um dos pratos mais caros. No entanto, não tinha banana para a farofa e colocaram ovo no lugar, sem avisar, avisaram apenas quando entregaram o prato. E eu não gosto de farofa de ovo. Além disso, os filés de truta tinham muitas espinhas o que atrapalhou na experiência degustativa e o sabor da moqueca, no geral, deixou a desejar.
