I recommend this charming and nice place

- breakfast - nice and helpful service - easy communication in English - well-functioning internet - beautiful location of the facility - nice and comfortable room, TV, bed

- The shower head and hose definitely need to be replaced with new ones.

Somehow I like it

This hotel is 2in1 timetravel portal: you get transported into the late 19th and late 20th centuries, simultaneously. The building and its environment is the monarchy itself, but the room furniture is typical 90s. Both were exciting for me. I'd keep this interior style for the future, because it's becoming fun for the next generations. The location is simply perfect. We found everything clean, the staff is friendly and you can get discount tickets to the Akva Park.

Meanwhile the room furniture is in good statement, the bathroom desperately needs a renovation – visually it is way below acceptable standards (cracks, stains, gaps, corrosion), even if everything works functionally. The breakfast (served in the neighbouring monarchy vibe restaurant) could be much better with just a little more effort. The orange juice tastes like a cleaning fluid, and only thermos coffee is included. If you order a cappuccino, you'll get a not-so-good one and the bill. It is particularly contrasting that the word "elite" appears in the brand name of the owner company group. Everything exudes the "for-our-guests-it-will-be-enough" philosophy. But overall, somehow I kind of liked it.

A great place to stay with excellent nature and peace around.

Great location and splendid surrounding! The hotel is also a historical building, peaceful and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and tasty breakfast. The restaurants nearby also serve great food.

First we thought it's going to be to hot in the room (beg. Aug.), since there are no air-conditioning in the hotel, but the hotel is actually an old type of the building - 5 m wall, so it was quite pleasant inside.

A very atmospheric hotel located by the lake. Tasteful and delicious.

Despite the relatively small room (a double room with one large bed), it's comfortable and clean. Everything you need is available and works smoothly.

Drinks (water, cola, fanta, etc.) and snacks available in the room - but all at an additional cost.

Evokes feelings of nostalgia.

The hotel is a stylish, beautiful 19th-century Hungarian architecture at an excellent location in the middle of the park overlooking the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is a disaster, everything looks and tastes like it was prepared yesterday with limited choice. Although the rooms and the hotel are very clean and well-maintained the hotel deserves a deep renovation.

A lovely historic hotel by the lake

A wonderful hotel in a historic building in an excellent location near the lake. It provides a feeling of warmth and a return to some old times. Breakfast is good in the nearby restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to give additional information.

old facilities, and there was the smell of cigaret smoke in the room. I'm non smokers, I get a smoking room, but I didn't expect that smell creeped into curtains and furniture.

In need of some renovation

Location was ok. Interior has some past time charme. Staff was very polite.

Rooms need some renovations and bathroom too. Breakfast was served in some next building and was very basic.
