Everything was wonderful, it exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect, the view of the lake is amazing. Stuff was so nice, kind and friendly and the room was bigger than we were waiting and clean. There is free parking exactly behind the vila. Breakfast is in a restaurant nearby, but that was not a problem for us, we even enjoy the walk.

Place where we come back when in Palić

Excellent location. Beautiful venue with nice, clean and spacious rooms having all amenities needed. It has its own parking while the restaurant where the breakfast is provided is only few minutes away from the guest house.

In general, excellent value for money, Still, a breakfast could be a bit better, but overall - no complaints of any relevance.

Amazing staying in Lujza villa

Accommodation was perfect, and the entire villa is in old style. Lake view, parking lot, restaurant bar, and walking area is 5 minutes away. Staff was pleasant and professional in any way.

We spent a wonderful weekend in silence by the lake. Very interesting interior, with authentic furniture. Friendly and lovely staff. We all loved it and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

The villa is in a perfect location with a wonderful view of the promenade and the lake. Even if you have a room that doesn't have a lake view, you can use the shared balcony that has the best view. The hosts are extremely helpful, the villa has everything you could need. We stayed in autumn and the heating was excellent. I must point out the perfect espresso coffee that you can prepare in the shared kitchen. I have not often had such good coffee even in elite cafes. A large kudos for the coffee :-)

I really don't have any complaints. Some may be bothered by the slightly creaky beds (but perfectly clean and with new mattresses) or the difficult opening of the wardrobe doors, but they are beautiful and completely in line with the ambiance of the villa and the era it represents. Everything is really beautiful and stylishly blended.

Everything - the vibe of the place, the history of it, beautiful room with the view, big comfortable bed, coffee at the rooftop terrace… that rooftop terrace goes to the list of my favourite places to be.

That I had to leave after just 2 nights.

Amazing experience

This is a truly exceptional place, located in a fantastic spot just by the lake. The building is an attraction in itself, which is actually what made me want to stay here in the first place. Our room didn't have a view on the lake, but we still enjoyed the view from the terrace and the rooftop - just sitting and looking at the lake on a quiet Sunday morning was definitely a highlight of our stay. The room we stayed in was beautiful, spacious, and very clean, it had everything we needed plus a great vintage vibe. The hotel is run by polite and friendly staff, who made us feel very welcome. And also we had a tasty breakfast in a restaurant nearby. All in all, Vila Lujza is a perfect place with great value for money, so if you want an incredible experience in Palić, book it!

Quite nice breakfast. Helpful personnel. Stable Wi-Fi signal. Comfortable jacuzzi. Spacious room with stylized furniture. Excellent location close to the beautiful lake.

More fresh fruits and vegetables for breakfast. There was no cooler with fresh water in the hotel. Last day there was no hot water. It's even more upsetting if you have a room with a jacuzzi.

Amazing villa

We had one night stay and we really enjoyed it. Room was big and clean and receptionist was really kind and helping.

Pleasant stay at the lake

The location is definitely the best you can find on Palic! Also, hosts are extremely nice, and ready to meet your expectations and requests. We requested the crib, which was waiting for us in the room. House is old, and so has the spirit and the look of the old house, which some people (who are more into modern architecture and design) may not like. However, if you are looking for a few night stay at the lake, this might be your perfect choice!

Facilities are outdated, and that may lead to some unpleasant situations. For example, beds are making noise throughout the night with every move, so if you are a light sleeper, better get ready. Also the breakfast might be better, bat that is not he hosts' fault, as the breakfast is not in the Vila Lujza, but in the reastaurant nearby.
