Convenient & comfortable.

Comfortable bed and nice room.

Due to road works around it was a bit difficult to find the entrance!

Broken appliances, ashes in cups... Not recommended

Staff did what they could but clearly understaffed

I was put in a first room, which light above the bed did not work. I told the staff, who replied that they would check in the morning. They did not. I asked to change room. Got a new room where the light above the bed also did not work... And the plastic cup in the bathroom had cigarette ashes inside, and I only noticed after I drank from it (you can see from the picture)...

Location, soft bed and airco

Sticky filthy bedroom floor, where i reported directly to the reception. Not enough towels espicially very after cleaning my own floor. Only one coffee per person in room. Breakfast poor. Sausages cold, scrambled egg cold. After asking, bacon/boiled eggs not replenished,scrambled egg after 20 minutes. Bread must of been defrosted and sluced as it was all stuck together.

Very quiet room with good blackout. Friendly staff who always tried to solve problems. Classically chilled Dutch vibe!

Friendly staff, good breakfast, but too noisy airco.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was good.

The airco in the bathroom was noisy and could not be switched off. The airco system in the room was very noisy, but at least could be switched off.

Good all round but for me Jade made all the difference for my brothers and my short stay.

Great service from all staff but a particular shout out to Jade who was both professional and engaging. Nothing appeared to phase her and she was doing reception and bar duties all at the same time. Give Jade a raise please.

The far end of the room around the desk area was very dark. It did make attempting to use the supplied coffee machine ultra difficult.

The hotel is in a nice area and a pleasant bike ride to Leiden's or train station.

I loved the room on the hotel's quiet side, the unlimited access to the coffee machine and teas, and free fruits. Two hotel staff members, Frisline and Erika, were personable and helpful. I had a bike with me, and appreciated the hotel providing an indoor space to store it overnight.

I prefer breakfast being included in the cost of the room. Mine wasn't.
