The best stay in Panevėžys so far, thank to the wooden house!

It is a spacious and very cosy place. Not touristy staff, but high-quality furniture and things. Nice private allotment and neighbours, just next to the city centre.

It was winter, so the property could be warmer; it adds cosiness. There are a lot of rooms (beds), however, the maximum number was only 4 guests. Unfortunately, 2 of our friends did not fit there.

Fantastic apartment!

Absolutely fantastic accommodation, lots of space, everything you need is there, very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we only stayed just one night, but could have stayed longer. The kids said the apartment was endless :)

Quiet neigborhood. Shop nearby. Big closed yard. Free parking and wifi.

There were a quite small dog with a puppy living in quite small cage in our yard who were crying when people were in the yard and were barking when they saw our dogs. Could not let our dogs to run free and enjoy themselves in the yard to not disturb the mom and puppy. Also, big dogs could easily jump into their cage. That was very sad to see and hear.

Cosy, comfortable, and spacious apartment

Cosy place that was spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults and a medium sized dog. Good location in quiet neighborhood with wonderful yard. Enjoyed a leisurely breakfast on back patio.

I was visiting the place in the end of April 2022 and this year spring was quite cold. I was very disappointed that room was not heated up for our arrival.We arrived late evening just to stay overnight and the temperature in the room was about 16 degrees. Available heating facilities could not heat up the room fast enough.

Apartment is in an amazing location and very well equipped. There is everything you might need for a short stay. All the communication with the owner was easy and and we were provided with all details in a timely manner. Best apartmens i have ever been in. Definately coming back!

Highly recomend

The house is in great location, close to centre and in a quiet residential street. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was spacious, comfortable and light. The owner was very helpful and assisted us with what we needed. We really enjoyed staying there and would definitely book again.

Jaukus sustojimas padedantis suprasti Panevėžio istoriją

Labai jauki, autentiška namo dalis! Atvykus nebesinorėjo niekur daugiau eiti, tik jaukiai įsitaisyti svetainėje ir bendrauti su bičiuliais. Yra visos higienos priemonės, kava, arbata. Lovos labai patogios, minkštesnės, puikiai išsimiegojome. Kitą kartą kai planuosime užsukti į Panevėžį, būtinai dar rinksimės šią vietą!

Mieszkanie w porządku, ale gospodarz niedojrzały.

Bardzo ładne i starannie przygotowane mieszkanie. Dużo miejsca i ciekawa aranżacja retro.

Nie zauważyłem wiadomości z informacjami, jak dostać się do obiektu i stąd wynikło nieporozumienie, które trudno było rozwiązać z powodu barier językowych (gospodarz słabo zna angielski, a ja nie znam rosyjskiego). To był mój błąd, ale to, jak gospodarz zareagował, było bardzo nieprofesjonalne. Za wystawienie nie najlepszej oceny straszył mnie prawnikami i sądem. Finalnie wyjaśniliśmy, że to był mój błąd, ale ten szantaż nie powinien mieć miejsca. Poza tym, jedynym problemem była duża ilość pająków w każdym pomieszczeniu i pogańskie figury wiszące na ścianie. Właściciel twierdzi, że nie są pogańskie, ale nie zgadzam się z tą opinią.

Старый дом с современными удобствами. Очень антуражно, много старинных деталей/мебели. Удобное заселение. Мы забронировали проживание за 20 минут до въезда и все было отлично! Наверное, это на любителя, кому нравится всё современное - не сюда. Нам понравилось. Посудомоечной машины нет. Наполненность очень хорошая, в ванной комнате есть все (для стирки/мытья/ухода)

Huoneisto todella viihtyisä ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Piha-alue myöskin hyvin hoidettu ja aamiaisen voi myös nauttia ulkona suojaisella oleskelupaikkalla olevalla alueella. Erityisesti pidimme henkilökunnan ystävällissyydestä ja joustavuudesta kun matkustusaikataulumme hieman saapumiseen viivästyi suunnitellusta ja jouduimme lähtemään hieman myöhemmin.

Детали разочаровывают

Хорошее место, тихо, зелено, рядом по тропинке мостик через реку и можно перейти в старую часть города где все удовольствия. Отличный дом, мне очень понравился. Интересная планировка, интересный подбор мебели. Удобно с парковки на первый этаж. Кто то живёт на втором, но почти не слышно кроме собаки за дверью. Удивительно что в доме нет ни одних часов.

Не повезло с погодой, шел дождь и было холодно, в доме из обогрева только кондиционер, но он к утру так толком и не согрел. Есть батареи но их хозяева не включали. Надо понимать что в жаркое время охлаждается только гостиная, в спальнях кондиционеров нет. Есть места до которых уборка не добралась, жир на выключателях, грязь на мебели и я бы выкинул все что на кухне, это не понятно с каких времён и от кого это объедки, в ванной тоже перебор, там всего на любителя. В доме запах старой мебели и стирального порошка от белья. Постели то ли старые, то ли очень неудачные матрацы, но они очень далеки от обычных стандартов. И невообразимая собака которая истошно лает почти не переставая, без берущей спать очень сложно. Такой дом требует очень внимательного , детального и квалифицированного подхода. Да это не просто, но в настоящее время в этом состоянии дом слишком архаичен, просто старый каркасный дом с претензиями и с безвкусным наполнением. По совокупности нам он не подходит, мы проведем мимо в следующей поездке. Увы.

Lieliska atrašanās vieta. Interesants retro dizains. Individuāla attieksme pret klientu, svaigi ziedi vāzēs, cienasts. Jutāmies kā mājās - telpas omulīgas, mājīgas, siltas. Iespēja izmantot ārā terasi un dārzu. Ir autostāvvieta.
