We stayed in the Treehouse. Kids loved it, especially the bunkbeds. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed.
It is part of Pension Koliba, which is very convenient for breakfast etc. The staff is lovely and the food delicious.
Dolny Kubin is a great location to visit the area (Orava Castle, Kubinska Hola...)
The fairytale village would fit better in the middle of the woods. But in general the location is great!

It was one of the best in entire Skovajia era evere stayed in for holiday kids loved the fairy tail cottage. It was really lovely and cute place. Clean and cosy. The restaurant was 10 out of 10. Delicious food. And obly 15 mins from ski resort Kubinka.
We can't wait to come back aga8n!!
