Very nice and friendly staff. Apartament was very comfortable clean and decent size. Storage room for ski was very handy.

I didn't like the noise of the children staying at this facility for summer camp, who continued to make noise until 10:30 or 11:00 PM. It wasn't pleasant at all and didn't allow us to have rest. The staff should be aware that, in addition to the children, there were other guests at the building who wanted to relax and not listen to the children running around the hallway, slamming doors, and screaming.

Our stay was lovely. The women working reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were in a large family room with two balconies overlooking the back of the property, so it was quiet and private. The hotel itself was conveniently located with plenty of parking and lots to do in the area.

My only complaint is that the photos from the listing did not match the room we were put into. All of the photos on the Booking listing were of new, updated rooms, so I was surprised when we opened the door to our room and saw a very outdated room. Furniture and style-wise, of course that didn't matter; everything was functional and aesthetics don't bother me in the least. However, the carpet was disgusting--it was covered in stains and really quite surprising to have to look at. I know that it was "clean" in the sense that it was vacuumed, but there's something off-putting about being in a hotel room where the carpet is heavily stained all over.

Nice apartment in an old atmosphere. Refreshed bathroom. Big plus for the washing machine in the bathroom. Kitchen equipped with all necessary things. Nice service. Very beautiful area. Large parking lot near the building. Large balcony.

It's a bit cold in the apartment. The building is a bit old, it could do with some refreshing.

Good location, pretty quiet at night.

The place run out of hot water after one shower in the morning. The staff was unable to help with the issue, saying only that “you need to wait”. After half an hour we still didn’t have any hot water. It is difficult to justify why we would stay again or recommend the place… unless of course you prefer to have cold showers only…
