Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w pięknym miejscu: staw z czystą wodą idealny do celów rekreacyjnych, widok na góry (Masyw Wielkiego Chocza, Przedni Czebrat i Pasmo Malinne w Wielkiej Fatrze. Możliwość podróży komunikacją publiczną do prawie każdej miejscowości na Słowacji. Ogromna ilość górskich szlaków turystycznych - także tych dla oczekujących spokoju. W pobliżu dolna stacja kolejki gondolowej - idealne rozwiązanie dla starszych osób na górskie wędrówki. W nocy cisza i możliwość odpoczynku - idealna dla osób z dużych miast. Bardzo miła gospodyni/właścicielka. Wyposażenie apartamentu spełniające warunki normalnego mieszkania.
Likwidacja linii autobusowej nr 5 do pętli pod hotelem. Nowy system sprzedaży biletów kolejowych na Słowacji dyskryminujący osoby starsze - nie posługujące się biegle smartfonami. Żeby kupić bilet musiałem, zamiast podziwiać widoki, wypełniać w telefonie numery karty, numery telefonu, itp. i wysłuchiwać konduktorki o pokutach itp.
