Rezort Zvernica Vlachy - Family & Fun

The stay, property and facilities were fantastic. With small kid, there is nothing more you could ask for. We absolutely loved it apart from issues listed in the suggestions for improvements below. Please, do not take them personally, we just would love to see the feedback implemented when we come visit in the future, for the stay to be perfect:)

What I would recommend is to provide more towels - one towel per person was not enough for the whole stay - at least a small additional towel would be appreciated. Also, we would appreciate if the hosts provided more supplies of coffee capsules. We were provided only 3 capsules for the whole stay. Given that capsule coffee machine was used, we were left without coffee for the whole stay as it is not so easy to find CORRECT capsules in the area at short notice. Either change coffee machine where guests can use normal coffee or privide more capsules (at least one per person per every morning). It really annoyed us.
