it was house to stay with my family during new year trip. With car it was very comfortable to get to thermals, to ski lifts. House is about 10-12 minutes form liptkovksy mikulas. The owner live in near house and all the time is ready to help you with your needs. House have stove for heating, you need to keep fire live to keep warm in the house. Then we were out for day activity, the house owner kept fire in stove, so then we came back it was warm in house, thank you!

Very cozy place, ideal for smaller companies. Excellent price to value ratio!

It was a bit small, and the convertable sofa was a little bit uncomfortable.

The place is recommendable for anyone who wishes to visit the region for a really attractive price and doesn't matter being a few kilometers outside the city of Liptovsky Mikulas. Friendly host, equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, a medium-size flat TV screen, a high-quality stereo system - it all sums up for a perfect stay in the place. The neighborhood is quiet, space and friendly. The only factor that contributes to such a price is its location, as the same quality property closer to the city would be much more expensive.

The location could be relatively unattractive for tourists without a car willing to visit Liptovsky Mikulas and its surroundings, as it is about 20 minutes car ride from the city. Surely inconvenient to travel here by public means of transport. As regards the property itself, double-check the photos of stairs if travelling with small children or people with a developed fear of heights.
