The fact that the house looks better irl than on a photos. All of the facilities were just as described, working fine with really polite and nice owner. The place is also really pet friendly. We highly recommend it as a fair price "base camp" for Krivan hike.
Lack of proper ventilation in a bathroom.

The host is very friendly and accommodating; he let us use three bedrooms (we are 2+3 boys). One rents the entire 3-floor house; there is a veranda outside, too. The car is parked in the yard. The pool table in an adjacent barn is cool. The village is quiet. If you intend to hike to the Baranec Peak you can start walking right from the house.
Low ceilings in the kitchen and especially in the bathroom. Twice during our one week there, there was smell coming from the sewage system. The kitchen is not particularly well illuminated.

Children enjoyed the billiard, space for two families and safe yard plus we managed to have a barbecue even in cold weather thanks to the sheltered space. Lovely host. Good value for money.
