A whole house for your whole family/friends in a charming wooden house with plenty of things to do even if you never leave the permises: bbq, hot tub, terrace and lot's of useful furnitures.
Martina was super nice and made sure we enjoy our stay. She accommodated all our reuqests.
I could only list minor things. Some notable:
- it got really hot in the rooms and there's no aircon. However, with open windows it's totally managable unless you can't open it from outside noise. We were there during record breaking European heatwave so it might not be a general issue
- pillows are too soft

Very nice location with cozy family holiday homes, fireplace, grill, hot tub. The houses are spacious, plenty of room to feel comfy.
Some kitchen stuff requires revision and replacement - no simple spatula to take out a fried egg from the pan, and the pans need replacement - old and heavily scratched.

All fine, a very good contact with the owner. The house was very convenient. Excellent location for a short skiing trip. As we were leaving on Sunday and there were no new guests coming, a late check-out was possible which was highly appreciated.

Great location for skiing Jasna and aldo hiking in the area.
Whole property is well maintained, owners are very nice and whole procedure is great explained.
