About this villa rental
The house has five bedrooms, with space for up to 14 people. (if the sofa bed is included, there are two additional sleeping places). There are four double beds (with adjustable slatted frames) and six single beds. A baby bed is also available.
There are two rooms with a double bed and a single bed, a room with only a double bed, a room with a double bed and two single beds, and a room with two single beds.
The house is tastefully decorated and has a kitchen (with oven and halogen plates), fridge with freezer, microwave, fully automatic washing machine, toilet, shower and bathtub on the ground floor, steam sauna with shower and radio on the first floor, central heating, piano , digital television with satellite, DVD player, and video player (with many films, more than 300). There is also a long dining table that can seat 10 people, and a large corner sofa in the sitting room. A new sauna has been built in the house, with adjustable temperature. There is a wide sofa in the sauna room for relaxing. The house and garden is also very suitable for dogs, the garden is fenced and large (around 3000 square meters). The house has a nice atmosphere.
Recently (2013) a beautiful fireplace has been built in the living room, a beautiful oak staircase has been placed, and a small bar has been created in the kitchen between two pillars.

Wir haben eine sonnige Woche in der Mala Fatra in Ruuds Ferienhaus verbracht. Für uns war das Objekt herrlich gelegen. Alleinlage. Wir hatten unsere Ruhe. Hund und Kinder waren gut aufgehoben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Das hat uns den Start in die Ferien vereinfacht. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort war unkompliziert. Schön wäre es, wenn Hannah ein wenig mehr englisch sprechen könnte, da hätten wir unsere ersten Fragen schneller klären können. Die Nähe zur Burg, die man durchaus zu Fuß gut erreichen kann, ist angenehm. (da spart man sich die teuren Parkgebühren ;0) Auch der nahegelegene Spielplatz war prima für die Kids. Wir genossen die Nähe zum Orawastausee, der Hohen Tatra und der Mala Fatra. Waren überall schnell da. Was wir uns gewünscht hätten, wäre vielleicht ein wenig das Haus zu überholen. Es fühlt sich alles etwas zusammengewürfelt an. Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Klar war der Pool toll, aber die Sitzecke könnte gemütlicher sein. Auch die Kücheneinrichtung. Zwar soweit alles da, aber vieles mag man einfach nicht gern benutzen. Vielleicht könnte man das ja mal etwas aufpeppen. Unser Urlaubsgefühl hat es nicht geschmählert, daher 5 Sterne. Vielen Dank

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger aber sehenswerter Lage.Waren mit 10 Personen über Silvester da und haben uns da alle wohl gefühlt!Werden wiederbekommen...

The property is located in a wonderful area in Slovakia, very quite, full of nature, very near to a lot of interesting places, very well equipped and the owner Mr. Ruud is very helpful and if you make a complain within few hours he will do everything to accommodate you.
It was a wonderful experience and as we are regular users of Homeaway as we organised yearly holidays for the whole family this was one of the best experiences we ever had.
Thanks one again Mr. Ruud for all his help and we recommend highly this property for those who would like to make a peaceful and fantastic holiday in Slovakia.

Heel mooi huis met een fijne tuin voor onze honden. Wij hebben een week genoten van dit prachtig huis en super mooie omgeving. Heerlijk rustig. Savonds lekker genoten van het vele wild (herten, vossen, roofvogels en marters in het veld rond het huis. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten in de lokale restaurants en veel wandelingen gemaakt. Heel fijn dat Polen dichtbij is, wij hebben ook genoten van een dagje Krakow ...super mooie stad. Deze huis is echt een aanrader! Helemaal TOP
