Perfect location, very clean and good value for money.

Only two things could be better: There is no reception in the hotel and nobody was there when we arrived. We had to go to the restaurant nearby to find somebody to get the keys. Probably, the host should inform the guests where to look for them. It was a bit too lousy in the morning when other people were going out and the maids started cleaning.

Best price/performance

Room is big and very well docorated. It has a large balcony. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Staff is helpful and very kind. We satisfied with hotel and service.

Very enjoyable, sea view is A+

Accomodation is on the first floor, staff was very pleasant, and aparment was cleaned every day. Balcony is very roomie, with exceptional sea view. One of the best thing is enjoying the view in the afternoon. Wi-fi was excellent in the period of our stay (pre-season), we didn't had any problems with the signal and with the video calls. Beach is literally accros the street, perfect for families with small kids, who like to be in the water as soon as they leave the apartment. Breakfast was at the near restaurant "Taverna O Serroes", buffet-style, food was tasty. Private parking is behind the premises, with the closed gate.

Not in relation with the site itself - but in the near vicinity is kid's arcade, so if you want to sleep in earlier, some noise might be a problem.

Great stay with beautiful seaside view

Accomodation is on the beach, beautiful view and it’s super clean. The staff is super nice and friendly! And a big plus for Bubu ( the dog from the accomodation). This is perfect if you want a vacation where you can relax at the sea side.

Everything was perfect for us. There isn’t much to do in Vrasna other than relax at the beach but we recommend Nea Vrasna and Asprovalta if you are looking for more activities

Big recommendation for families

Location is great, Just Across the beach. Terrace is beautiful and big. Our apartment was spacious and beds were comfortable. Cleaning ladies were cleaning the room every day.

Great summer experience

A very nice & cozy place, providing great features for relaxing time. Possibly the most spacious and convinient bathroom seen in Greece (have seen a lot). The terrace view is great and even greater is the option to have Serreo tavern in a minute walk. The tavern itself is the best one in a miles around (tested), and the 10% discont coming with the room is a very favorable option. The place also ofers a private parking, which is a highly desirable option during the high season. Regarding the WiFi - goo speed & availability. Was down for a day, but after raising the topic it was fixed. To conclude - the place offers very good value for money and an opportunity for a relaxing time.

* Recommend adding either a normal size fridge or an ice generator at the lobby ** Extend the glass brick walls between the terraces, to add more privacy

Great location & room design, fantastic view from the balcony, excellent breakfast.

The location and room design is pure 10/10. The breakfast in the restaurant was great. The entire staff was professional. The internet connection is good, without any problems. A warm shower water is available all the time. The rooms are cleaned every day, which is a big plus. The sea is warm, beach is nice.

The check-in should be better explained. There should be a visible information that the check-in should be taken in the nearby restaurant. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Nice holidays!

We like this typical Greek guests houses, it's not a hotel. Location next to sandy beach, view is perfect! Big balcony with comfort table and chairs. Everyday cleaning. Nice supportive staff. Parking. Great breakfast with good coffee and fresh juice. Only late time for breakfast - from 9 am 😀, but we are early birds. Noise from taverns is part of vacation.

Everything was great,staff were helpful and kind,exceptionally clean.Beautiful view ,super but always the same breakfast,Private parking for 4 cars..

Although I have to mention some things: the 2nd room has NO A/c what makes it quite unpleasantly hot as it is facing West... Wifi is uselessly weak ,only weakly works on the Terasse and in the main Bedroom - nowhere else. Also have to mention the quite loud Funworld under the whole apartementhouse - open until 00:30 Am. A barking security (?) dog included. otherwise is really quiet neighbourhood - pretty much boring.The seafloor deepening quite quick- constant waves - can find better beaches if you come with smaller children. Still recommended largely.

Bad experience - check the full review on google, since i can't write the whole experience here

We left the house with a very bitter taste. In our 3rd day, we got robbed from our LOCKED room. We were in the Economy room, which on the ground floor. The thief stole macbook, ipad, 100 euro and 160 BGN from the wallet and then LOCKED the room. Once we found that our things were missing, we directly went to the lady, which did our check-in. She told us to go to the owner - he was in the restaurant next to the house (around 20-30m). We explained him the situation and asked him, if we can check the cameras on. There was not fast-forward on the app, neither on the PC, so we didn't have success with that. He started explaining that the robber can have a passkey and this kind of stuff. Also that there were some time ago robberies on the houses around. He said he can't basically do anything.. just change our lock, which wasn't making any sense, if the was pretending that the thief has a passkey... So we decided to call the police. There was no success with them as well.. The just wrote a report and accompanied us to the police station. Once we came back from the we wanted to check the cameras and download the records but again unsuccessfully. The owner called the technician but he wasn't able to download them as well, so he told us that tomorrow (Tuesday in our case) at night, we will have the records. The lock was changed on the next day. We decided to speak with them, what we can do, since somebody went in our room and the owner was extremely arrogant that he needs to deal with this. Basically we were doing investigation by ourselves, that a robber got into their property, horrible. We called Booking.com and 30 mins after that we got a sms from the owner, that if we didn't retread our complaint, he will report us for a bad advertisement. We got the cameras on Thursday night, after we called Booking.com again. So immediately we found the robber and showed him and gave the records to the police. Nothing was done, according security, during our stay.

Small room without internet but with a superb breakfast on the beach

The hotel is on the first line, literally 5 meters from the beach. The breakfast is unique! Congratulations to the staff! .Nice big terrace with sea view

the room was extremely small. You literally push against the walls or the few pieces of furniture to get to the bed. There was neither a wardrobe nor a chest of drawers or any other piece of furniture where we could leave our suitcases. Just one small shelf. The internet connection was terrible and was down 90% of the time.There is a children's entertainment center right below the hotel, which is extremely noisy. You can't rest during the day, but in the evening they close after 11 p.m. and then you can sleep
