Very good place, with a bit of reconstruction and modernization has the potential to become great

- The location is wonderful - right on the beach and very close to the main street. A big plus is the private spot on the beach with umbrellas and sun beds for the guests. - The self check in and check out is very convenient. - The common space of the house is well maintained and very clean. - Our dog was welcomed and treated nicely.

- The apartment needs a bit of modernization - the kitchen tableware should be replaced and it would be nice if a coffee machine is provided. - The bathroom needs reconstruction and to be made more comfortable. - It was very hot and the single air conditioner is not sufficient as the second bedroom remains uncooled.

The property was located on a nice beachfront location with umbrellas reserved for each guest room. (free of charge). The lady responsible for daily monitoring of the guests (not the owner) was very polite and kind person

Decent accommodation but not quite worth for the money according to how well the rooms were equipped.(old fashioned way) The owner is a terrible person who tried to bribe us 70€ for our dogs. Although we were aware that there is a pet policy and we talked to him in private msg few times before we arrived (before we were even charged) to let him know we are staying with our two dogs, he kindly answered all our questions and DID NOT inform us on the dog fee. Later when we were charged we assumed the if there is a dog fee is it was included in the price. The day before we left he accidentally met us on the street, asked us in which room are we and informed us that there is a dog fee. On my reply that he never stated this in our previous conversation he DENIED he ever talked to me, after which I SHOWED HIM our mutual conversation ON HIS PHONE, and he went numb for lying. This was a bribe attempt outside of the eyes of Booking! What if he said we need to pay 100€ a day than what? We should have paid that as well?? The fee should be announced in advance and on time so the customer can decide if it is acceptable for them!

Много добър хотел, със собствени чадъри, на плажа на Неа Врасна. Стаите са с гледка към морето. Препоръчвам на всички!

Може да не ви хареса чакълестия плаж и че рязко става дълбоко, в морето. Но пясъчни плажове има съвсем близо - до 100 м. разстояние, а плажове с плитки заливи, подходящи за малки деца и бебета дори, има в съседното село Спирос, на 5 мин с кола. Ако си падате по шумния нощен живот и таварните, Аспровалта е на пешеходно разстояние, разходка от около 1,5 км покрай плажа

Гарний відпочинок за адекватну вартість

Розміщення за 50 м від моря, за 700 м найближчий супермаркет, кафе та ресторани в 10 хвилин ходьби . Власник із обслуговуючим персоналом вирішував всі питання негайно, підказували, допомагали зʼясувати все , що цікавило нас.

Бідно облаштована кухня, старі меблі, хотілось би більше. Але зручні матраци. Не доглянутий задній двір, через який вихід до моря. Думаю що власник попрацює над цим.
