We have been coming to the OBX for 5 years now and this was the nicest house we have stayed in! Clean and well updated. Close proximity to the beach and great pool area when the kids were done in the sand! Great kitchen and well stocked to cook all of our meals at the house. Only reason I didn't give the location 5 stars was with 4 kids under 3 we had to walk in the street to get to the beach access but it was only 1 house over.

Home was great place to get together with our children (adults) and grandchildren. beach access was very close, and pool was outstanding. Elevator had issues during our stay but didn't affect our experience in the least.

We had an awesome family vacation at Sea Breeze! The location was perfect for our 3 grandchildren due to the short distance to the beach access. It would have been helpful to have had dish towels in the kitchen, but we were able to purchase a couple after our arrival. Overall an awesome experience! Would definitely stay here again!
