This vacation rental was special. There was enough room for all of the family to be together under 1 roof for Thanksgiving. There were bathrooms in every bedroom along with 2 half bathrooms for others that were visiting for the day. We used every inch of this home including the hot tub, the game room the extremely large kitchens with 2 refrigerators on the top floor and one on the first floor, the theater which also doubled for a karaoke bar one evening. Negative: Spider and cobwebs around all the entrances that could have been cleaned before we arrived and the dust in some of the rooms and on some of the pictures. A little more detail goes a long way. All in all, we had an excellent time.

Wonderful home for a big group in town for a wedding. Appreciated the ample amount of towels. Communication with the property managers was great as well.

The best thing about this house is its location! Right on the boardwalk 3 rows back from the ocean. Great size bedrooms, kitchen table area big enough for everyone to sit at dinner & play games together. Office for the collage kids to do their school work! This is actually the second time we have booked this house and it since has changed rental agency's. The set up of the rooms fits our families well, but we will never rent it again. You can tell that the owner or management let things go in the short 2 years its been since we were there last. I always let the company know about everything and anything wrong with a house when we rent, if I was the owner I would want to know. Right down to the cracked coffee maker that was left for us. They did have a new one to us that same day. This is our 11th year renting in OBX. Most aggravating was the condition of the pool when we arrived. The filter was full of hair -debris, there was a very noticeable scum line and what the cleaner said was a "stain" around the water line of the pool. NOT-you could wipe it with a finger nail. Yes, I reported it right away at check in- I have text messages and emails to the property management with photos of everything. When the pool company showed up finally she said she cleaned the pool for 2 hours before we arrived on Sunday -there was no way she could have with the amount of sand and scum at the bottom and sides of the pool. Bathroom fixtures loose and had to actually have a shower fixture replaced during our stay. Door handles missing from the 1st floor sliding glass door, talk about dangerous. It was laying on the patio table upon our arrival. Also the sliding glass door out to the pool area-the door handle came off right in a guests hand. Are these not things the cleaners report when they are there "cleaning up" Certainly hard to miss a broken door handle if your cleaning all the rooms! Lastly was the broken TV in the movie room, had 1/2 screen most times when you turned it on.
