We had a great vacation and would definitely consider coming back! We all enjoyed the hot tub and comfortable beds. The oceanfront pool complex was very nice and the nature trail was beautiful!
A few minor issues, there are cobwebs in every corner and i feel as a vacation rental should be pressure washed throughout the summer season. When we arrived the trash cans smelt horrible nothing we could do about that but avoid the outdoor shower where the cans had to go by. Smoke alarm downstairs bedroom needs new batteries.

Location near the beach. Spacious property and the amenities.
Had an ant problem in the kitchen. Something was spread by the sink window for the ants and live and dead ants were visible there and by other areas. There were an influx of spider also.

The amenities pools,baket ball court ,miniature grass golf , trolley , etc.
Need to update furniture in the unit that we stayed in and better floor cleaner like broom and the soap container needed fixing in half bathroom soap leaked even after maintenance person try to fix. The air conditioner upstairs stopped working the early morning of our last night. Reported it on the checkout.

The location, the neighborhood, the layout of the house. Everything you could need was at the house.
It wasn’t clean. The comforter on one of the king size beds had what looked like blood spots on it. Dishes had old food stuck to them. My 10 month old is crawling and his knees and the tops of his feet looked like he had been crawling in the dirt. The doorknob to the laundry room fell off as soon as we tried to open the doors to it. And the carpets just felt dirty/gritty. If not for this, our stay would have been excellent.
