Exclusive Cabana Services: 5/3/26 - 9/18/26 - This home receives daily oceanfront cabana and beach chair setup + breakdown services during your stay. No need to lug around your beach equipment when you stay at this home! Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services are available upon request for an additional charge.
**Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

This house is a great house for large families and/or friends. When you get to the third floor the view of the ocean is exquisite with windows lining the dining room and great room. The huge sectional allowed for all of us to be together in the great room. We also loved having some bedrooms that were separate from the main house. Great furnishings and nicely decorated.

This house was HUGE and the perfect size for our group of 19! Although the property was nice and had lots of cool features, it was lacking in the personal touches that we are used to from rentals. We had to bring our own beach towels…which sucks when you’re flying in. We also had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, etc for our stay. Some of this was provided, but not near enough for our group. And the weird shrink wrapped bath towel sets were interesting too.
We loved Outer Banks, and would definitely recommend a summer stay…LOTS of activities and restaurants were closed when we were there in March. They won’t heat the pool in March either, which was disappointing.
Overall, great property and great location!…just know that it’s managed by a company doing hundreds of homes I am sure and do not expect any nice personal touches.

This is a more negative review I’m sorry. The check in was easy and timely. They emailed and texted everything to enter the home. The location was Awesome and convenient to the beach. The oool was huge and surrounding deck amazing. The views were spectacular from outside- with the windows and sliders- you could not see out of them bc of the dirt and grime- we bought stuff to clean them. The kitchen is stocked with silverware, and plates, but there was not a lot of cups, the refrigerators are small for the amount of people the home holds. There were no baking sheets at all- I just wish we had brought more stuff instead of having to buy stuff to cook and make dinners. We bought solo cups to assist in the shortage with the cup situation- just annoying stuff more then anything. The house is big and is an ideal location- but it has not been kept up and had a lot of issues we shared with the rental company. We had disabled ppl with us- the home was dirty, lots of stuff didn’t work, we had one washing machine for 22 people- just a lot of little unexpected things. I would not recommend renting this home for the price you pay. I think our expectations were higher. The home was not clean- floors dirty cobwebs and bugs in all corners of home, several clogged drains and faucets or appliances that did not work, smoke detectors indicating low battery (beeped all night long) just lots of little things. The company however was perfect and we still had a great week.
