This amazing home offers a gas grill, pack-n-play, high chair, gas fireplace, basketball goal, WiFi internet, two outside showers, screened porch, deck and pool furniture, 6 TVs, and much more!
Top Level: The top level features an open floorplan with a great room and TV, a kitchen with kitchenware, a dining area, a breakfast bar, double dishwashers, a half bath, a king master with a spa tub, private deck access, TV, and a screened porch.
Mid-level: The Mid-level has 2 more king master bedrooms with TVs, a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed, a full hall bath, a washer and dryer, and access to the hot tub on the deck.
Bottom Level: The Bottom Level is where you will find the game room with pool table/conversion ping pong table, TV, sleeper sofa, fridge, access to the back yard, and a king bedroom with TV and a semi-private bathroom.

We enjoyed this comfy and clean home. The home layout is wonderful. The pool was clean and delightful. The location was only about 4 houses down from the path to the beach (2 blocks walk). We would rent this again. We had two minor issues. The highchair listed in the amenities was missing. I called and was told that maintenance would find it or bring one, but they never did. The exterior of the house and outdoor shower needs to be cleaned. the exterior windowsills are grimy. It was not a problem, but the wood deck and stairs are very weathered, as happens near the ocean.

Nice place for large family group. Cozy and clean. Very convenient was the outdoor bathroom. I wish, back yard could have volleyball net and larger TV in the family room. Overall, great place, highly recommend.

Spacious home - All rooms and common areas were large enough for our multi-family week long vacation. Nice pool, basement and all smart TVs (App ready for streaming). Well-equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers. Kitchen could probably be stored with some spices, salt/pepper, sugar etc. There was nothing, so plan to bring your own or go buy on the first day. We left behind many of our leftovers, so hopefully the next families could use them.

Home had so many cobwebs everywhere and piles of dead bugs. Cockroaches in the upstairs bedroom/bathroom. The home was plenty big for our group and location was perfect though. Deep cleaning was definitely needed though
