House was clean and well stocked. Loved the pool and pickle ball court. Everyone in the family thoroughly enjoyed the week. Very well maintained as well. Reason for 4 stars rating was due to construction beside and across the street which was beyond owner control. We would stay here again.

Perfect for our family. Pool used a lot due to riptides. House was close to beach and shopping and dining. We enjoyed, very comfortable.
Just a couple of downers. Outside bathroom needed to be cleaned, upstairs tub was plugged.

The house was clean and nicely decorated. The pool area could have been maintained a bit better. And the back yard was a disappointment. We wanted to play volleyball but after raking the sand, we found broken glass, nails, and chunks of concrete throughout the court. We tried to get as much as we could but for safety reasons, we chose not to play. The grass was about a foot high until Thursday when they cut it. Pickleball court was nice and we had a blast playing. Possibly making up the rules as we went along. We had to use maintenance for 2 minor issues and they came the next day and fixed everything. Very close proximity to shopping, grocery, and other amenities. Short walk to the beach, maybe half a mile but didn't actually measure. The process to checkin and out was super easy. Our family had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this house to others. If the fix some of the issues mentioned above. Oh, the Queen room on the second floor shower splashes a bunch of water on the floor. Bring extra towels for that.
